Join our crew and experience  race day from the inside.  We’re looking for motivated individuals to help make this event unforgettable.

FAQ

Who can volunteer?
  • Minimum age 16
  • Minors will need parent consent form signed
  • Must be physically capable to stand for several hours, climb hills, and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Track Support
  • Course Marshals (flaggers)
  • Entry Gate Team
  • Parking / Traffic Control
  • VIP / Hospitality Assist
  • Registration / Check-In
  • Free event entry
  • Official event t-shirt
  • Behind-the-scenes access
  • Lunch or meal voucher
  • Full day only
  • Required arrival time – 6 am
  • Mandatory volunteer meeting on Friday 6/12
  • Mandatory volunteer meeting includes brief orientation and safety meeting
  • Role specific instructions will be provided on Sat 6/13
  • Closed toe shoes only (no sandals)
  • Shorts or jeans
  • Dress for weather
  • Flaggers will be given specific instructions on their required attired
