Facts About Our Track
Thunder Valley Motocross Park was founded in June of 1999, promoter David Clabaugh couldn't have known how appropriate his track's name would become. He knew that nearby was an NHRA drag-racing track with the same name (Thunder Valley), but within a few short years of the founding of the motocross track, four-strokes took over motocross completely, leaving a sound of thunder every time the gate drops at the facility.

2015 TRUE VALUE THUNDER VALLEY NATIONAL RACE HIGHLIGHTS
The third round of the 2015 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship at Thunder Valley produced a huge shakeup in both classes. Eli Tomac and Marvin Musquin entered the race with 19-point leads in their respective classes, but thanks to crashes from both riders, two red plates changed hands at the day of the day. Ryan Dungey took advantage of Tomac's misfortunes to outduel Ken Roczen for the overall win and take over the 450 Class points lead. Meanwhile, the 250 Class was dominated by Jeremy Martin, who bounced back from last week's mishaps for a pair of wire-to-wire moto wins that put him back on top of the championship standings.
